First, it took over 4 hours to install. The cover was not latching correctly and the width between the rails was too narrow. I contacted BAK Industries, and they said the seal on the rail was placed incorrectly. I moved the seal to the side (it was attached to the top at the factory) and reattached the rails. As expected, it did not provide any additional width and the cover will still not shut correctly. I am still working with BAK to figure out how to increase the width between the rails so the cover will shut. This has been a major inconvenience, and I would not recommend this cover for a 2025 Honda Ridgline.

As I have seen others report, and from my experience installing 3 of these covers on my own vehicles, one side is always difficult to get to latch properly. The brackets seem to slip out of the tracks when installing causing the rail to not sit level.This causes the latches to not quite click in properly. You then have to bend the rail up at the catch point to make it work. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Does not come with printed installation instructions. You have to scan a QR code then either deal with little tiny pages on your phone or print them yourself. Foam sealing tape that goes on bulkhead of truck was short by almost 2". I had to get some from Lowe's. Directions are not clear. Had to back track on multiple steps because of that.

Cover is fantastic. Design was upgraded from versions on you tube for install but it was a much better design. Instructions were on a QR code so slight pain to constantly be reading from phone vs paper instructions. Package was excellent. Zero damage to package. Very happy with everything.

I purchased the BAK BakFlip MX4 for my ZR2 Silverado. I chose this tonneau cover due to it's versatility and superior construction. It offers security and flexibility as well as excellent protection from rain, etc. The aluminum construction provides a very strong cover that doesn't sag or tear. Installation was simple and hassle free. I highly recommend this product. Ordering from NAPA was easy, and shipping was very fast.

I installed this Tonneau cover on my 2024 Ram 1500 Limited according to the instructions. The bulkhead seal appeared to be pushing the cover up instead of laying flat on the bulkhead. I asked Misael L. on July 1, 2024 if he could confirm that the bulkhead seal is indeed required for my model. His response was "Thank you for the inquiry. I can honor a thinner bulk head seal, please advise". It took over 5 weeks to receive the seal with very minimal responses to my questions on ETA. I just drove through rain for about 30 minutes and the cover is leaking at the bulkhead, at the middle of the cover and at the tailgate. The only positive I have about this cover is it looks good. I have to cover everything in the bed of the truck with a tarp to keep it dry. Very disappointed that I chose this cover.
