I installed this Tonneau cover on my 2024 Ram 1500 Limited according to the instructions. The bulkhead seal appeared to be pushing the cover up instead of laying flat on the bulkhead. I asked Misael L. on July 1, 2024 if he could confirm that the bulkhead seal is indeed required for my model. His response was "Thank you for the inquiry. I can honor a thinner bulk head seal, please advise". It took over 5 weeks to receive the seal with very minimal responses to my questions on ETA. I just drove through rain for about 30 minutes and the cover is leaking at the bulkhead, at the middle of the cover and at the tailgate. The only positive I have about this cover is it looks good. I have to cover everything in the bed of the truck with a tarp to keep it dry. Very disappointed that I chose this cover.

The cover looks great. There is a slight upward bend in the aluminum piece that fits over the tailgate so I had to add a small strip of weather stripping to get a good seal. Also there were 2 bumpers on the same side instead of one on each side where the cover folds over and straps to the front. Other than that, it appears to be a great cover. (Qualifier: I have not driven in any rain yet to see how waterproof it is.)

The package came missing a support rod and support rod hook thankfully that doesn’t keep you from installing it they’ve been awesome about ordering me a replacement part and it should be on its way otherwise everything went well and it definitely seems like it’s going to do the job time will tell.
