As I have seen others report, and from my experience installing 3 of these covers on my own vehicles, one side is always difficult to get to latch properly. The brackets seem to slip out of the tracks when installing causing the rail to not sit level.This causes the latches to not quite click in properly. You then have to bend the rail up at the catch point to make it work. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased the BAK BakFlip MX4 for my ZR2 Silverado. I chose this tonneau cover due to it's versatility and superior construction. It offers security and flexibility as well as excellent protection from rain, etc. The aluminum construction provides a very strong cover that doesn't sag or tear. Installation was simple and hassle free. I highly recommend this product. Ordering from NAPA was easy, and shipping was very fast.

The Bakflip MX4 is a high-quality cover that fit very well on my Chevy Trail Boss. Take your time installing and it's best to have an extra person when placing the cover on the bed.

Unit is nice looking, checked all screws in top and latches, found 2 screws stripped on latch that secured top in place. Followed directions to the tee. Had 2 dents in metal rails on top of folding top, used rubber mallet to straighten one but the other was not able to fix, looks like they were made prior to shipment. Packaging needs more padding, very poor for shipment. Had to place shims in side rails to level rails for latches would latch properly. Need 8 clamps instead of 6 rail clamps. 3 clamps do not secure rails to truck bed for latches to work easily. Hard to align with truck bed and tail gate seal needs to be improved. I read many reviews before buying, trusted them, not doing that again. Should have went back to old reliable solid cover.

Very easy to install and looks great. Sat out in an overnight rain and no water at all inside. There are several good YouTube tutorials on installing.

Overall I am satisfied but was not as easy to install as advertised. The cover was a little difficult to place on the bed due to size. The seal you place on the front of the bed is just a cheap foam strip and has poor adhesion. Need to upgrade to a better type seal, I plan to change it out when I find a better seal.

I had one of these on my last truck, love it. I had to spend a couple more minutes adjusting it on my new truck because of the automatic tail gate. Once adjusted properly it fits great. No gaps, cracks or anything, and the automatic tailgate works like a charm.

The cover came with a broken corner piece but was replaced through AAG customer service so that was nice. Other problems with the manufacturing process looked like they just weren’t diligent with putting it together. All the holes had to be deburred before I could insert the bolts and two of the rubber connectors between the panels weren’t inserted into the slots. I was disappointed to see this thinking that someone just didn’t care but overall the final install is very nice. I was able to use my bacbox from my previous truck so that was good.
