Napa online has horrible customer service. I have been going round and round with someone named Diane J with Napa. Timbren offers a 100 day 100% satisfaction guarantee and Napa will not honor it. I'm currently working with Timbren to get them to return the item.

Install took about 5 mins. Old bump stops pop right out. Use a little soapy water for lubrication and these pop right in. The difference between stock and these are night and day. My truck gained about 2 inches of rear end sag back. The ride quality isn’t really noticeably different when pulling load. Should have done this in day one.

Installed them a couple weeks ago on my Toyota T100. Installation was simple. No change in ride quality while unloaded. Once the bed is half filled with green firewood, the springs make contact with the axle. The ride while loaded feels more firm and less spongey than before. Timbrens get a thumbs up from me.
