Race Ramps Car Ramps & Vehicle Stands

The ramps came very fast with shipping. They are super easy to install and don't require drilling into our nice epoxy garage floor. They will be awesome for holding up out 6,000lb car.

The product is great .There was a HUGE Problem getting them delivered, the delivery wasn't done in a timely manner! Here's the brake down. Purchased online from NAPA web site on 11/14/2023, received a email later in the day stating a label was created and would be shipped between 11/21- 11/24?2023. I called your customer service centers poke with Cliff and said they will be shipped on the 11/24/2023 from Michigan.On 11/27/2023 I clicked on the tracking number and it showed the label was sitting in Michigan NO product just a label.I know this cause I called Fed X and inquire about my package. So I called your customer service on 11/27/2023 and spoke with Debbie, she told me that she was going to call and email the manufacture and find out what isn going on. Deb promised me she would call me back and let me know what she found out. I DID NOT receive a call back as promise. So the next day !!/27/2023 I called back and I spoke with Cyrus explained the situation, Cyrus said soon as the receive something from the supplier the will email So I got on line to check the supplier stock of the product I was buying and GUESS what it was in stock and they could ship it out that day! So I waited a couple days to see if NAPA would come thru with my product. They did't so I called the customer service AGAIN on 11/30/2023 and spoke with Cliff again told him I was going to cancel my order, mine you NAPA charged my credit card on the 11/14/2023 16 days later NO product!.Cliff said he was going to speak to management about this PROBLEM and he would get back to me.Well the next day 12/1/2023 early afternoon my item was delivered by Fed X. Very UNLIKELY I will purchase something from NAPA online again.
