Your DK2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer's front and back gates are load-bearing and folding. The entire UV-treated frame is fully welded for increased strength and stability, and the side panels are removable. A strong v-tongue and a square cambered axle provide a layer of reliable sturdiness to the premium construction. This is a well-built rugged trailer that exceeded my expectations. The construction is very rugged, and all fasteners were high quality with locking nuts. Some of the bed rivets missed the cross beam and there were some clearances on the leaf spring mounts and some free play on the tilting pins on the fork that contribute the trailer rattling some on bumps. All could be easily addressed. The only key recommendation is to remove the wheel bearing caps and nuts to re-adjust the clearance and add grease. Mine came with some grease packing but was able to add considerably more before it pushed through the outer bearing. Also, the bearings were significantly overtightened and probably would have failed early had I not readjusted to just take out clearance and added greased.

No missing parts, only two spots that needed adjustment to make work. Haven’t had a chance to work it yet as I had to wait for customer service to send me a bill of sale for dmv registration. Overall, should work ideally for my purposes.

The trailer was delivered very timely and the box was placed in my garage. I used a You Tube video as a directive for the build. No missing parts but the "V" shaped tongue supports were welded non-aligned. The build was relatively easy. A very good looking trailer.

This is a great trailer, especially if you have a smaller car. The front and rear gates are perfect for partial unloading and loading. This can be assembled by yourself, just don’t install the fender brackets before you flip it. All the hardware was there, but I would recommend getting thicker and slightly larger outside diameter washers. You’ll understand as you are assembling the trailer. If DK2 offered some taller sides, I would definitely buy them.

The trailer was very easy to put together! The hardest part was flipping it, but we got it done with some help. It was exactly what we were looking for and the fact that you can extend it makes it all worth it! We had been looking at countless trailers, but in the end this one couldn't be beat. Even the delivery driver who delivered the trailer mentioned that he had gotten the same one and it was working out great for him. He even gave some pointers on the assembly process. Overall, it was a great purchase!

There are no torque specs for the leaf springs which hold the axle and tires but all it states is lug nuts torque

Very versatile handy little trailer! The quality is not bad for the money my only complaint is how loud it is while towing it empty….with so many moving parts (front, rear gates & dump pin area) it’s understandable but it sounds awful. Overall still handy!
