Product came just as it looks in the picture. I had everything I needed. Even the instructions are pretty accurate. I recommend looking up a video on YouTube though. Give you a better idea. Overall, if I had to do another one I would buy again.

The product is of good quality,and performs perfectly, once installed. The major problem is with the instructions, and it is major! This review is specific to a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Firstly, the photographs in the instructions are so poor, they are almost useless. The steps to attach the harness to the factory tail light connectors are unnecessarily complicated. There is no need to fish the driver's side wiring at all. However, my main dissatisfaction is with the instructions for the power wire to the battery... there are none! Just a diagram showing the wire run from point A to point B. There are absolutely no pointers as to how or where to run the power wire under the vehicle to the battery. Believe me, it is a nightmare. Surely a company as big and as experienced as Curt could do a much better job with these instructions. Theyare pathetic!

CURT, NAPA and others are suggesting this for the 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. It is not the best solution and calls for many unnecessary steps and redundant wiring. From 2014 to 2020, Curt recommended #56296 and that should still be used for 2022. Mitsubishi shows the same harness for Outlander 2014 to 2022 and CURT made the #56296 in the same way. See Mitsubishi Part Number: MZ315143 for fitment. Review the installation instructions for both CURT numbers.
