No installation instructions in box! Coverking needs to label each seat cover individually to make installation less difficult! Took over 4 hours to identify and install these!

Purchased your coverking seat coverings for my husband’s birthday Dec 27th. I chose your company for its looks, durability and quality of products. It was ordered on 12/12/2024 due to arrive before Christmas. I heard nothing after ordering until I contacted you on the 22nd asking about an update on my purchase. Was finally told it was back ordered and not due til end of year , which meant no present for my hubby. I waited no updates even though I kept asking for them. I finally requested a partial refund as I’ve missed my husbands birthday and then they tell me it’s back ordered until Jan! I received a $30 refund for the excessive wait but still didn’t receive it until the 27 th of Jan! Almost 6wks after I ordered it! Please review your policies for keeping your customers informed on their orders, and you can thank Napa for contacting coverking to give me updates, otherwise I would have cancelled!!

This is not the 60-40 product we ordered. Workng with, Cover King and Autoaccessories garage to retun and get our money back. These are not useable to us. Very disappointed

The install video onYouTube did not match the back seat of our hybrid Tucson. There were too many wires and connections under the seats so the flaps had to be cut with scissors so as to not interfere with operations. Installation was a struggle. Most concerning was the fact the middle seat belt strap could not be unattached from the bottom of the seat, and is now underneath the cover and unusable. The cover for the middle console was so thick it was impossible to return it to the stowaway compartment. Trying to get the flap connected behind the console was extremely unpleasant, and there was no way to get the second flap shoved up there. I bought these same seat covers for the front seats, and those were not bad to install and look well fitted, but the back seat is another story. It was a struggle, but the seat covers are in except the console cover got thrown in the trash. They look pretty good, but it is going to take a while to get over the unpleasant install procedure on this one.

My seat covers fit great! Installation in my Honda Element was a little bit of a challenge based on the seats construction. I'm impressed by the well thought out attachment points. The covers look and feel well made. I turned them inside to look at how they were put together and, again, I was confident they would hold up. I put them in place of much more expensive neoprene covers I'd had for 10yrs and they match the quality and appearance for about quarter of the price!
