Took over a month to get one of the shocks. Shocks were shipped from two different warehouses. first one sent by UPS arrived in a couple of days. Second one was shipped by USPS and the lost it somewhere in Kentuckey. Took over a month to get a replacement. USPS takes about awake just to investigate where they lost track of the package. Now NAPA is trying to charge me $10 more because their website made an error. For a $170 dollar purchase you would think NAPA would just absorb the 10 dollars since the error was theirs. It's not like I can just tell the girl I put the shocks on for that she owes me more money. At the same time NAPA is trying to get 10 more dollars from me for their mistake they are advertising 20% discounts. Otherwise shocks were fine.

LET ME BE CLEAR: This is not a review of the product itself, but rather the shipping and fulfillment process which may affect YOUR order. I live in SoCal and have ordered these shocks twice in the last 30 days. The first order was placed online from a major parts retailer on the east coast, and the second order was placed online from a major retailer on the west coast. Each time I placed an order, it was fulfilled and shipped by the same 3rd party distribution warehouse in Reno, NV. The first order was received with incorrect items, parts in boxes that were torn, previously opened and resealed, and had different & missing installation hardware kits. I returned this order for a full refund. The second order was received with one shock damaged and in a plain brown non-original box. Each box had different installation hardware kits. I returned this order, as well. My point here is this: If you live in the western U.S. and order Bilstein suspension items, your order may be filled and shipped by the same, incompetent warehouse. BEWARE!

The shocks made a very noticeable improvement in handling and ride quality. Price was good. Had a glitch with the shipment, got 2 instead of all 4, customer service was excellent. Resolved the issue, got the other shocks 2 days later. Happy camper.
