I did have some difficulty when the package was delivered as it was damaged in transit. I notified the company, and they replaced it without question and gave me absolutely, positively no hassle whatsoever! The installation was relatively easy and I followed the directions for the installation correctly with the alcohol pads, etc. After installation, the ventshade on the front passenger, and driver's side didn't stick to the doors of the car, so if I tried to roll up either window, they would hit the ventshade and automatically roll back down. I've got the driver's side to work, but the front passenger side still doesn't work correctly.
