Not what I thought they were. Advertised as "In Channel" because I don't want to tape them to my paint and, lo and behold, they are "In Channel" but also have the 3M tape on them. Not looking to ruin my paint on the truck.

The install was pretty simple but after the 3 day waiting period, I found that the vent shades got the windows as they are closing causing the window to go back down instead of close. Troubleshooting steps indicate that they weren't aligned properly but there is no way to know this until it's too late (3 day waiting period to roll the windows down) and the adhesive has bonded with the window seal. The recommended fix is to heat the adhesive with a hair dryer and try to realign the vent shades. Easier said than done and now the corner doesn't stick to the seal as it should. I would recommend that you do not push the vent shield up into the channel like the instructions say you should and instead pull it slightly out and down from the window channel as you roll the window up. It it even slightly hits the glass, adjust it until it doesn't before closing the window and letting the adhesive set

installed per directions. let set for 4 days before opening windows, and every time I go to put windows they come back down like something is too tight and hitting window and it is not just one window it is all of them.

Easy to install they looked great outta the package after the install 2 of the 4 visors warped from the heat I guess, but I live in northern Wisconsin and did the install around 5 pm temps were in the high 70's and partly sunny, unhappy with the quality, I've installed these in channel visors before also!!
